Is the six-minute reset real, or a slogan?
It is real and it is timed. Every station gets a fixed six-minute window between guests, run off a public checklist you can watch. On a packed night the timer holds — we would rather you wait a few minutes for a clean seat than sit at a rushed one. The reset is the reason the club exists, so we do not skip it.
Will you clean my own device if I bring one?
Yes, on request and with your say-so. If you bring a personal keyboard, mouse or headset, ask at the desk and we will give it the same wipe-and-skin treatment we give our own gear. We only clean what you hand us and only in the way you are comfortable with — your device, your call.
What if I react to cleaning products?
The full list of what we use is posted at the desk and we will read it out any time. If something on that list does not suit you, tell us and we will switch to a plain, fragrance-free wipe for your seat. Open ingredients are part of the protocol — nothing about the clean is a secret.
How does booking work?
Use the form near the bottom of this page to hold a spot, or walk in and take the next open seat. Booking ahead is best for evenings and the Steel corner, which fill first. Give us your date, your zone and how long you want, and we will have a reset station waiting under your name.
Can I play through the night?
Yes — the club runs around the clock and the Night rate holds a seat straight through to morning. We drop the lights, keep a quiet corner free on request, and reset your station before the night begins so you settle in once and stay. The floor team is on site the whole time.
