POLISH PAPERS

Privacy Policy

This page explains what the venue does with the details you share when you book a station or get in touch. We keep it short because we keep the data collection short: we ask for what a booking needs and nothing more.

What we collect

When you use the booking form we receive the name and email address you type, the date you want, the zone you pick and the length of your session. That is the whole list. We do not ask for payment details through this site, and we do not run hidden fields that gather anything you did not type.

Why we hold it

We use these details for one purpose: to hold a station under your name, confirm your slot, and reach you if a time needs to change. We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. If you ask us to delete your booking record, we will.

How it is stored

Booking entries are written to a simple, access-limited file on the venue's own server and read only by the floor team who prepare your seat. We keep entries only as long as they are useful for running the club, then clear them. We take reasonable care to protect the file, though no method of storage is ever perfectly secure.

Cookies

The site itself sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Your browser may store a standard preference for reduced motion, which we read to switch animations off — that stays on your device and is never sent to us. Web fonts load from Google Fonts, which may log the request as part of delivering the font; no personal profile is built by the venue from that.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will act on that within a reasonable time. To make any of these requests, speak to the floor team at the desk on your next visit or reply to a booking confirmation. This policy may be updated as the club changes; the current version always lives at this address.

Your rights under data-protection law

This club operates in Argentina, so the personal details you share are handled under the Personal Data Protection Act (Ley N.º 25.326 de Protección de los Datos Personales) and its regulations. You may ask to access the booking details we hold about you, free of charge at reasonable intervals, and to have them updated, corrected or removed. We keep your booking data only as long as it is useful for running the floor. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can contact the Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, AAIP, argentina.gob.ar/aaip), the national data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, speak to the desk or reply to a booking email.
