Terms & House Rules
These are the house rules for spending time at the venue. Booking a station or walking in and taking a seat means you agree to them. They exist to keep every station clean, every session fair, and the floor a good place to sit for the next guest.
Booking and hours
The club runs around the clock, and stations can be booked ahead or taken as a walk-in when free. Evenings and the Steel corner fill first, so book those early. A held station is reset and ready under your name from the start of your slot; if you arrive very late without a message, we may release the seat to the waiting floor.
- Give an accurate name, email, date, zone and session length.
- Change or cancel by a quick message as early as you can.
- Sessions run for the length you booked; extend at the desk if a seat is open.
Conduct on the floor
Keep it civil and keep it clean. Play competitively, celebrate, and lose gracefully — but no abuse of other guests or staff, no interfering with someone else's session, and no cheating tools on club machines. The floor team may end a session for behaviour that spoils the room for others.
- Respect other players' seats, screens and audio.
- Outside food and open drinks stay off the desks; ask about the drinks area.
- Follow reasonable requests from the floor team.
Care of the stations
Every seat is wiped, re-skinned and reset before you sit — please help keep it that way. Treat the screens, keyboards, mice, headsets and chairs gently, report a fault instead of forcing it, and leave the desk as clean as you found it. Deliberate damage to equipment may be charged for and ends your session.
Your own equipment
You are welcome to bring a personal keyboard, mouse or headset, and we will clean it on request. You are responsible for your own gear and belongings while on the floor; the venue cannot be liable for personal items left unattended. Ask the desk before connecting anything to a club machine.
Age, liability and changes
Younger guests may need a guardian's say-so depending on the session and time of night — ask at the desk. You take part in club activities at your own risk within reason, and the venue's liability is limited to what the law allows. We may update these rules as the club grows; the current version always lives at this address.
