Refund Policy
What you buy at LAN HARBOR is time on a station — an hour, an evening or night block, or a prepaid bundle of hours. This page says plainly when that time comes back to you, clean and without argument.
Cancelling a booking
Cancel a reserved seat at least three hours before it starts and we refund it in full, or move it to any open slot. Inside three hours the station is already prepared and held out of the floor for you, so we keep the fee — though we will still shift it to later the same day if a seat is free.
Prepaid hours
Unused prepaid hours are refundable in full within fourteen days as long as none have been played. Once you have started drawing a bundle down, we return the balance of whole unused hours; part-hours already begun count as spent.
If the fault is ours
If a station fault ends your session early and no other seat is free to move you to, that time is refunded or credited without question. Tell the floor team while it happens — we would rather hand you a fresh, reset seat than sort a refund later.
How to ask
Call the desk at +54 9 291 432-1098 at any hour, or reply to your booking email. Refunds return by the method you paid with, usually within a few working days, with no handling fee.
